I have been using these supplements for a while now and I will say, do not use these if you have sensitive taste buds. The oil does not taste disgusting but you can definitely taste it through the capsule(even when swallowing quickly). If you don't mind the taste, you might as well buy the straight oil for cheaper. If you hate the taste of the oil, these won't solve your problem

I don't like the fact that they are packaged in a facility which also processes milk,soy,wheat,egg,peanuts,tree nuts,fish,and crustacean shellfish. They are pure so I'm taking them because I don't have any type of allergies to even be concerned. I just wanted to make sure people are aware since they asked for a revue.

It took about 6 weeks but when it hit, it hit suddenly. I have been suffering from joint pain (inflimation) for years. A friend told me to try Black Cumin Seed Oil. Since I dislike drinking supplements, I found it in capsule form. After about a month I almost stopped taking them but then decided to give it one more month. After 6 weeks of taking 2 capsules every morning when I first wake up, I sprung out of bed with energy and no joint pain. I could finally move freely! My husband noticed the difference rightaway 😊

This is my second bottle of Black Cumin Seed Oil, The first bottle by Health thru Nutrition, same 500 mg, seem to be stronger than this brand 1 tab daily, Of course the after taste and burping, which does not bother me at all, came along with taking that brand. With this brand, not much of an after taste or burping, but I have to take two tablets for it to work even though it states maximum strength. I gave five stars because It works, but there is a stronger brand out there.

I had read an article about the compliment of black cumin oil on the magazine. So I placed on an order of it on amazonmarket. I took two capsules of it everyday and found fallen hairs of mine on the floor diminished conspicuously. Hereafter I will observe the effect of it.

Be prepared it does leave a cumin aftertaste, but I did find that it helped some nerve pain for a while. I'm continuing to take it hoping that it does help for a longer period of time. Since my nerve damage is permanent any help at all is a positive. Good luck I hope it also helps you.

I'm taking this product on the insistence of my family plumber, who believes in its anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties based on his personal experience. Like with many supplements, I may never know how much good it is doing me, but I'm going with the recommendation. I have had breast cancer and it's worth it.
