Logbook that logs it all
I love this book! I never used to keep one but after a long gym hiatus, I started from the beginning. The logbook has plenty of space and is perfect for tracking my goals and gains.

Very detailed
I liked this item! You could log your progress starting out and 6 months layer! It also have nice starting out stretches and excercises you can follow to get the ball rolling!

Perfect fitness journal
Perfect fitness journal. Allows you to customize what your fitness goals are, comes with a measuring tape which is helpful, nice easy to use format. I personally didn’t really need all of the mini pages showing you how to do various exercises, but I guess that’s nice for people who find that helpful.

Not a bad investment
The media could not be loaded. Been using for over 2 months. It’s good. I like that it has suggested workouts to target specific areas. I only have minor complaints like the “after” stats should be at the end of the book IMO. Also the descriptions for how to take your measurements aren’t 100% clear. The measuring tape provided would be better suited if it had a clasp so you could get accurate readings.

Hubby thought it would be a waste, but it's helpful for keeping me on track and I like the description of the weight workouts for different muscle groups

Gran opción pero no la mejor
Es un producto excelente, pero no el mejor en su categoría hasta el momento. Si no entiendes el inglés quizá hay cosas que no entiendas, pero es bastante intuitivo. Tiene unas secciones que no hacen falta.
