Excellent Upgrade: fit and brightness as fog lights on my GX 470 (2009)

Customer service eventually sent out a replacement for the bulbs. I have installed the new bulbs and the bulbs look great. The new box it came in no longer specify the 2 year warranty. If you purchase from their website, it indicates a 2 year warranty. However, they said that for Amazon, it is only for 1 year. In that case, what I would say to them is they should be very explicit about that. I have upgraded the rating since they have sent replacements. However, they don't get a 5 star review because of the hassle I had to go through in emailing them and the back and forth. Original Review I originally purchased these bulbs in September 2023. After installing they worked great. The way these work is it has 2 banks of LEDs on both sides of a stem and the light will illuminate towards the parabolic reflector in a 90 degrees to then have the light reflect towards the front. I recall on the box the warranty was for 2 years and thought wow, that's great warranty! Recently I noticed that on one bulb, one of the 2 banks of LEDs stopped working. As a result, the fog light is now only lit on one side. You can see in the photo that one is fully lit and working but the other one is only lit on one side. So I contacted customer service. They informed me that the warranty was for only 1 year but on the box, it said 2 years. They offered me a 15% coupon as a apology. From my perspective, why would I want to buy any more products from AUXITO if they're not going to honor the warranty written on the box. I went to their website, and now on the website, it says you get the 2 year warranty only if you order from their website. So are you telling me that your product is more reliable if I order from your website? How about the fact that the box specifically had a 2 year warranty? In the grand scheme of things 30 dollars is not a lot of money but I expect LED bulbs to be more reliable and given you seem to have confidencen in your product to provide a 2 year warranty, it was one of the reasons why I chose AUXITO. If you're not going to honor your warranty, then don't state it on the packaging! For everyone who have had good luck, that's great and hopefully I'm just unlucky but IMHO, we all end up with lemons sometimes but I prefer to deal with reputable companies that stand behind their warranty. Only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is the people I emailed were respectful even though they couldn't do anything about it. Also, the telephone number is wrong so you can only use their website or email.

Bulb works okay but does not fit due to sticking out way further than the standard halogen H3. Missed return window so stick with them now. May work in some applications but not in my fog lamps.

i have 4 cars all with led bulbs over the years have tried many different brands and these are the best longevity and beam pattern i’ve seen don’t skimp on just a few dollars more and you’ll be very happy with them my oldest pair are 5 years old and still running as good as the day i installed them and customer service is great if you need them for any reason they are eager to help

Im in a gx470 - these were great for matching color with my headlights, but underwhelming when it comes to overall brightness. I got my other low beams and high beams for $5 less together than what I paid for these fogs so, its not totally worth it in my opinion.
