Its OK but the dose is misleading. You are NOT getting 1200mg.look, this is not bad if you want small pills, and it will have some effect, I used it for restless legs at night.But you are NOT getting 1200mg of actual compound. The label states 12:1 extract. This means you divide the stated number by 12.So just to be clear for anyone looking for a certain dose (The doses used in the studies are usually 300-600 of actual compound providing 15-30mg Withanolides daily)each single pill in this bottle is ACTUALLY 50mg Ashwagandha and 2.5mg Withanolides.So to get a dose thats been researched you would need at least 6 pills to get 300mg with 15mg Withanolides.Just be sure you know what you are taking. There are other versions on here that do provide the stated dose. Look for things that do not list an 'Extract ratio'.That all said, this is a very gentle an LOW dose to help with sleep and restless legs, and the size of the pills is a bonus over larger capsules that carry actual amounts of compound.

I have use for 2 weeks, and feeling more positive, sleeping better and not so moody in the mornings. I have an underactive thyroid, and take these in the evening after dinner. Do not get night sweats, but I also take with selenium and zinc supplements. Would buy these again.
