Since no instructions came with the product, I need to ask do you put it on with the pad exactly over the elbow where the pain is or below that point?

I was told by my chiropractor to position the pad wherever it provides most relief. So, the band goes about 1.5-2 inches below your elbow. I'm an average size woman and mine is 1.5" below my elbow. The padded part for me provides the most relief just below my elbow but a little more toward the top of my arm. Similar to how the guy is wearing it in the product picture.

These are made in China but are a great quality.

.Will this fit a 9” forearm?

I am pretty sure it would fit. My forearm is about 8 1/4”. I have to overlap it about 1/2”. It is a nice band and my tendonitis is much better.

It could be worn 24/7, but shouldn't. If the pain is bad you can wear it loose. But you probably don't want it cutting circulation or hindering healing. I've worn mine before all day during work, loosening and tightening through the day. When I had golfer's elbow really bad, I use to ice and wear a wider brace nearly all the time. About 4" wide neoprene and untightened. But it didn't really improve until I started to do rehab exercises. Try youtube. Mose elbow pain is usually golfer's elbow or tennis elbow and they have different exercises. This brace is too thin to be worn even for a prolonged period of time in my opinion.

Not worth it

The adhesive stopped working after couple of weeks. The elastic is also of poor quality. Overall didn’t like the product.
