I just got this anxiety ring spinner and so far it is great! I saw a lot of reviews that say to size up, so I got a size 8 because I need just under that for my thumb and it fits perfectly. It is so pretty and spins really well. I actually also like the slight noise that it makes whenever it spins. It is very satisfying. I am hoping having this ring will stop me from messing with my necklace whenever my anxiety starts acting up.

I saw this cute little ring for anxiety and just had to try it! It easily fits every finger with no issues of moving, which all my fingers range from 6-8 in ring sizes.This ring does help with self soothing and reducing racing thoughts as I focus on the sensory feeling of the ring spinning instead of what is overstimulating me or causing my anxiety to spiral. It’s also just very fun to fidget with in general. It matches all my gold jewelry well so it isn’t out of place in my collection. Very happy with my purchase.

I don't often leave reviews but I seriously love this ring..It's comfortable, sooo cute, and seriously helps my anxiety and helps prevent nail biting and lip picking. As a neurodivergent person, I can't say enough good things about this. I wish I had one as a kid!I caught myself stimming on it at the grocery store (one of my least favorite places) and noticed it helped me focus on something other than my anxiety.My only tiny issue is that it's kind of noisy ...so you might not be able to play with it in a meeting, a classroom, etc.

The ring is really cute. The sizing can feel off at times because there are no half sizes, so sometimes it feels too loose and at other times it feels right. The exterior ring is more textured sparkles, which feel more scensory. After having the ring for about two weeks, it doesn’t spin as smoothly as it did the first time, which I’m disappointed by. I’ll keep using it, but I don’t think I’ll buy another oneZ

I bought this for myself to keep my mind occupied at bored times. I simply loved the color and design of the ring. It was a piece of jewelry I dont mind wearing. The quality is of good grade for the price and very suitability for everyday use.The size runs true to scale and fit me well. It is light weight and makes no noise when moving it about. It moves easily and I enjoy turning it to keep my hand busy at times.A great idea. I love the product and would highly suggest it for others who need the same level of a wearable fidget toys. It does work and makes it easier to keep on track or to listen during the course of the day.

Beautiful, size is accurate but the spinning itself is not so good. As if something small between the 2 layers is stuck, so the spinning is not smooth
