The function keys and things like brightness/ volume/ pause are not as convenient to use but should be obvious if you actually looked at the thing. It's heavier than I thought, I should've read that it's metal. The lights are gorgeous. You can set the color/flickering pattern and the speed of it.

So, picture this: I gifted the Keychron Q2 Wired Custom Mechanical Keyboard to someone for Christmas on 12/22. It was like wrapping up the dream of perfect typing and handing it over with a bow. Fast forward to 8/23, and this keyboard has become the diva of malfunctions!When it comes to usage, it's been like the keyboard attended a nap party for the majority of its life. It's had lighter usage than a treadmill in a household of marathon runners. And yet, around May or June, the keys decided to clock out – a keyboard siesta gone rogue!We tried everything short of performing a keyboard exorcism. Changing switches, praying to the keyboard gods, even whispering sweet coding nothings to the USB cable – but no, these keys were having none of it. It's like the keyboard union went on strike, demanding better working conditions.The 65% layout looked more like a 65% effort from the keys. Some keys just decided, "You know what, typing is overrated," and took an early retirement, leaving us baffled and typing like we've forgotten the alphabet.In summary (or rather, in keyboard calamity), if you're seeking a keyboard that's more drama than Shakespearean play, the Keychron Q2 Wired Custom Mechanical Keyboard is your Shakespearean tragedy of the typing world. absolutely awesome keyboard... you can tell the second you take it out of the box that it reeks quality.the only thing i did was add a dampener to the spacebar and that made it even quieter and replaced the gateron red switches with gateron white v2 switches ... i just like a lighter switch and it wasnt an option when getting the keyboard.
