Faulty zips
Lovely little lunchbox with cute design. Bought for my grandson for at nursery. Tried it out a few times at home and both zips broke off zipper track. No longer able to close lid so not much use now. Contacted Sass and Belle through Amazon details and they responded quickly to say they closed their Amazon shop in 2023 so must be a different seller who has advertised it. Nothing the can do. Not a fortune loat but still annoying.
