Does Pet hair stick and dirt to this?

Yes it does. Even tho they’re no suppose to be on the counter, their fur does stick to it. But, it can be wiped down and removed.

Does it have a sticky side?

No, both sides are non-slip material, are not sticky

Per the description: “heat resistant from -22°F to 464°F (-30℃ to 240℃). After use the stove, please cooling about 5 minutes and then use the stove cover mat”. I would not risk it no matter how high a heat it will resist.
