Works great
Used this in conjunction with a digital temperature controller to convert 110V wall current to 5V DC to power a fan inside a wine cooler. The wine cooler's control board was bad and the manufacturer would not repair it or sell me a new board so I completely rewired it and needed this to convert 110V AC wall current to run the 5V DC fan when the compressor ran. Works great. You will need a digital multimeter to correctly set the output voltage. Quality seems good, wish it had the option for a case of some sort; I designed and 3d printed one to mount on the back of the cooler. It's been going for months and is still good.

My use case
Worked for me. Added this circuit to my gate controller board to power a 12v outdoor flame effect bulb that would draw too much current.Previously, I had been connecting my flame effect bulb directly to my existing gate controller board.... but the bulb's current draw would cause a lot of intermittent issues with my gate controller leading to inconsistent gate opening/closing issues.
