I have vitamin-D deficiency and beginning stages of osteoporosis in my 40s. I have to take Vit D3 5000 IU's on a daily basis and most likely the rest of my life due to various health issues. These taste amazing. I have Lupus and my doctor says it's very important that I have enough Vitamin D. The only thing is that I want to eat them like candy. These will surely improve your levels, you just have to have control when eating them.

I love the taste and soft texture of these gummies first and foremost. These are a bit too strong for me though. 5000 iu’s is way beyond the daily recommended dose unless a doctor has instructed you to take more. I even tried once a week and it’s still too much for me. I would love to try this brand and flavor at a much lower dose.
