Do you have a multimeter? That is the best way to test these analog sensors. Also make sure you have the pinout correct: With the flat side of the sensor facing you the first pin on the left is Vin (2.7V-5.5V), the middle pin is analog out, and the right pin is ground (0V). The formula for the temperature degrees C is: Temp in °C = (Vout in mV) - 500 / 10. For example, 1V from the temperature sensor would evaluate to (1000mV-500)/10=50 C. Once you have confidence that sensor is working you can troubleshoot the Arduino code.
