BRCOVAN 1'' Ball Clamp Mount Base with Aluminum Alloy Tough-Claw

Five stars all the way. I paired this with a phone cradle and mounted it in my car for Amazon Flex. It clamps down tight and doesn’t move, even on rough roads. The aluminum build feels solid and high quality. Easy to install and holds my phone exactly where I need it while delivering. Works great. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent product, attached it to my Pan American and rode from Pennsylvania to Texas and back held my phone securely didn't loosen at all.

LOVE THIS CLAMP! Like everyone else has stated, it is built very well. My favorite part about this clamp compared to others I have used is the fact that when you loosen and tighten, it goes twice as fast. This is because the adjustment screw goes through nuts on both sides of the clamp so when you turn the nob it is adjusting both sides simultaneously which makes it incredibly quick to get on and off. Put it on last night and immediately came and ordered another today.

Used for mounting tablet in UTV. Worked great.

I used this on two different mountain bikes. One was a cruiser fat tire and the other was a more traditional mountain bike. On the cruiser on rougher terrain I noticed it rotate around the handle bars. On the more traditional it held in place firmly. And that’s with me doing downhill runs all day at a bike park. So based on type of handle bars it will hold firmly. No other issues with this product. All my RAM items attach to it.

I used this clamp to mount a small flag pole and a camera stick to my motorcycle sissy bar. Even at highway speeds I didn't notice any change to its position. It held firm and made me confident to push its boundaries. Was easy to hand tighten and loosen without tools. Size was slightly smaller than came with the camera stick, which was the intent. Sissy bar has about .5" diameter and there was no slippage.

Works very well for securing action cams and even a smaller rugged tablet to the handlebar of my dual sport motorcycle. Pleasantly surprised because many of the clamps like this don't hold as well. It holds better than the rest of the RAM system I use.

I own a Drift XL Pro camera that I use predominantly as a dash cam when riding my motorcycle. It is affixed by using RAM mounts i.e. a RAM ball fitting attached to the front brake reservoir, a RAM connecting arm and a RAM ball GoPro style attachment attached to the Drift camera holder. It works very well and I keep the RAM parts permanently locked and affixed to the bike. I can then just slip the camera out of its holder when I am off the bike. I very recently had a trip booked to visit Copenhagen, which also included a cycle ride around the city. I wanted to be able to record some footage whilst riding but couldn’t use my usual RAM set-up as the bicycles were only hired for a few hours. I needed something sturdy enough to carry the Drift XL Pro camera but which could be quickly and easily be fitted and removed from the hired bicycle. I didn’t want to pay a fortune for it but I did want it to be of a sturdy construction, especially as I didn’t want to lose or damage my camera. So, after checking reviews and satisfying myself that this item seemed to fit my needs, I bought one. Fast forward a few weeks and I can now say that it performed flawlessly. It did exactly what I wanted it to do and if truth be told, it exceeded my expectations. There was no slippage and it could be attached and removed completely in seconds. I have since used it on my bicycle at home and at present I am very satisfied with its performance and my purchase.

I have installed it on my 2009 BMW HP Sport. So far looking good but haven't put it into test if it will hold off. The quality looks great and looks well built. I am planning to put thread locker on the screw to ensure it doesn't loosen up. I will provide another review once I have tested it holding my Tom Tom GPS 550.
