Low quality ratchets. I bought 4 and some of the ratchets barely work because the ratchet frames are bent and twisted. I already cut the straps to a useable length before looking at the ratchets. Also the hooks are spread open too far. I couldn’t even hook them on the rub rail on my trailer.. had to use clevises to attach them. Not impressed. Should’ve paid a few dollars more and got better quality ones right from the fleet store. Live and learn!

I use this on a Volvo EC35C and they get the job done. the Volvo weights in at 7,600 lbs.
