Light and flavorful

I've had Palestinian olive oil (the imported kind in unmarked jugs), and THAT was good, heavenly almost. I bought this in hopes of similar quality but the bottle I got was bland at best. I'm really disappointed. I'm kind of hoping I got a bad bottle or one that was improperly stored because I can't believe that the Italian olive oil from my local grocery is more pronounced in taste than this significantly more expensive bottle. Anyway, I'll keep looking I guess...Update: I gave it a couple more chances on different dishes. It's good and does deserve a 4-star rating. It's as close to the real deal as possible imo.

This oil is more of a light body with some depth. Pairing perfect with salad or as a dip with some zaatar, over hummus, on cucumbers or tomatoes. Great oil. Sure... it isn't astronomically that much different than several other oils out there but it is and you know where it comes from... which is what matters almost as much as the oil being good itself. Check both boxes here. It won't disappoint.

Excellent flavor.

This is very expensive for a small bottle of olive oil. Yes it is good, but no it's not the best I've tasted, and the steep price (>$30 for 500 ML) it probably reflects the inefficiency of shipping more than anything else. I wonder if this is really that eco-friendly, if it had to be shipped from Palestine in a special order, with tons of styrofoam packing peanuts. My search for eco-friendly, sustainable olive oil continues; at least surely a cheaper one exists.

Although pricy - this olive oil is the best tasting olive oil I have ever experienced. Not too bitter - earthy, full of body flavor! I have to use sparingly - but I will continue to purchase!

It Is very good, i really like it

The aroma and taste from one drop carries whats in the entire bottle. Highly recommended.
