This listing is for several different flavors. I am reviewing the Cinnamon/Vanilla Infused Syrup. And I love it! It’s a pricey treat, true... not for everyday use. But just one tablespoon makes an excellent Old Fashioned Cocktail. A drizzle on vanilla ice cream is amazing. And it’s decadent on pancakes or waffles. It is a little bit thinner than some may expect for maple syrup but certainly not outside of my experience. The bottle is small, 250ml, just over 1cup. And so it ends up being a bit of a sludge. But, as an occasional treat, it’s great. The packaging is... well.... through. The glass bottle comes in a big, heavy, cardboard box with lots of packing materials. It’s not really a “gift box” per se; I suspect that someone left a negative review because their bottle got broken in unusually-rough handling and they just vowed never again to let that happen... and they have. Fortunately, it’s all environmentally-green and recyclable materials. The bottle is nice, very presentable. It makes a fine hostess gift, a break from the traditional bottle of wine. In conclusion, this is a delicious treat.

So rich, and sooo delicious. Ok, maybe a little (lot) pricey but worth it in my eyes. We don't do sweet a lot for breakfast, so when we do break out the syrup on carb heavy mornings, why not make it something absolutely delectable? The vanilla enhances the sweetness of the maple, and then there's just the right touch of cinnamon spice. It's a nice complexity without being overpowering. My family laughed when I got it, saying I was soooo fancy. That is until they poured it on their pancakes and started chowing down. Then wouldn't you believe it, those jokers started asking for it every single time instead of the other syrups. Ha! What was that about mama being too fancy??! Now it's a staple in our fridge and they get upset when we run out. Like I said, delicious!

This syrup tastes so good! I use it to flavor my iced coffee, not on pancakes. Love it!
