UGAOO Philodendron Brasil Oxycardium Variegated Plant with Self Watering Pot

Plant came in good condition and with good number of leaves

I love ordering from Ugaoo. The plant looks healthy, the soil was damp even after shipping for a couple of days. They know what they are doing.Most of their plants have great foliage when they arrive but this particular one that I got had some broken leaves and there was a lot of dust/scratches on most of the leaves. In my experience, most plants from Ugaoo have great foliage out of the box and this could still be considered very decent foliage. I'm sure the plant is healthy and will recover soon.Would definitely recommend buying these plants.Update after two weeks: The plant has been doing amazingly well and already has grown a couple of new leaves. Definitely a healthy plant.

May 2021 _ 4 month updateThe plant has unfortunately not survived. There was a grayish layer on the soil, i contacted their team, they suggested addeing manure, I did it but the plant is now completely gone._The plant they've sent is not the exact one I ordered. I asked for a variegated one, this one seems to be a plain golden variety. The packaging of the plant was exceptionally well done. The plant itself is quite healthy overall other than some 3 4 bad leaves, which I don't think is a major issue. I've had it for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any new growth.I reached out to their customer care regarding a grayish layer on the soil which they said is not an issue, so time will tell about that. The team told me they'll replace it with the one I originally ordered but have stopped responding to my messages now which has definitely dampened my overall experience with Ugaao.
