Use the supplied charging cable
The media could not be loaded. I tried to use one of my old micro usb cords and it was acting funny. Lights going off when both batteries were plugged in or no lights at all. So I started a return. Then I tried the cord that actually came with the unit and it seems to be working properly. I cancelled the return for now and I will update if the batteries don’t work.

Charger is the best part of the package
UPDATE: I added 2 stars to my original review because the seller reached out almost immediately to offer either replacement or refund. 5 Stars for customer service.I found this on Imaging Resource website: "Nikon does not specify battery life for Live View mode, though, which will certainly be a lot lower."In Viewfinder mode the camera is rated for 910 shots of a full Nikon battery. In all fairness I doubt the PowerExtra batteries will deliver that.ORIGINAL REVIEW:These PowerExtra batteries deplete FAST! They are good for about 100-125 shots on a D5600 using live view. They probably would do better just using the viewfinder but my photography requires Live View mode. Maybe my expectations are too high or using live view is not such a good idea with a DSLR.

My original Battery was no longer charging I don't know if it was the battery or the charger either way I ordered this and loved that I would have 2 batteries in case one died I have a back up. I take pictures as a hobby not a profession but these batteries work well with my camera I have a Nikon DSLR 5600. I am very happy with this purchase highly recommended.

They work really well with my Nikon D3400 Camera!
They charge well, and the batteries are not disconnecting or finding it too snug to move them in and out. They work just as well if not a little bit better than the batteries I first got with this camera. Very pleased with them and it was easy enough to understand. I will return and update if I encounter any problems regarding longevity but seems to be a fairly good product.
