Q: Can you hang it on the wall?

It doesn't have a place to hang from on the back, but I suppose if you got a strong enough velcro to attach to the back and the wall that would work. It could be heavy if you fill it with bags like I have.

Q: How does it open and close?

It doesn’t need to be opened or closed. Just remove the ziplock bags from their boxes and insert them in the slot the matches the bags size. It’s very easy. My organizer fits perfectly in one of my kitchen drawers.

Q: How many bags does each section hold?? Do you have to get "regular" qty boxes or can we get the "jumbo" boxes?

Depending on how many are in each box you bought, and it’s still not completely full, better not to cause it may affect when you get it, slider bag may be less than others cause there's a zipper.
