can mold on lower teeth?

1. Submerge the mouthguard in hot watr(176-185F) for 10-15secs, no more than 15 secs; 2. Carefully take out of the mouthguard from the pot with a wooden spoon or slottted spoon. 3. After cool down 3secs than suck the mouthguard against your top teeth in your mouth and bite down to get impression of your teeth. 4. Place your tongue against the roof of the mouth to create pressure for about 10 secs to achieve a tight fit around your teeth.

Funciona para ortodoncia?

Son para ayudar para que no ronques de noche, igual para aliviar molestias oh dolor en la quijada. No son para ganchos

Are you supposed to wear two? One on top and one bottom?

You do not need to wear two, one on the top is enough.

I received a letter with the product to write a 5-star review for a $15 dollar Amazon gift card. But still didn't receive anything. What's going on?

Sellers do this to scam customers and boost product sales of garbage products. It is against Amazon seller policy and should be reported to Amazon. I just bought this garbage based on the number of stars. Highly disappointed.
