Bought this belt to help with my squats and deadlifts, and it works really well. The leather feels sturdy but still comfortable, and it gives solid lower back support without being too bulky. The buckle is easy to adjust and stays locked in place. Definitely helps me lift heavier with more confidence. Good quality for the price!

I received the belt a few weeks ago and have used it now a couple times in my HIIT class. I feel that the belt has helped me improve a lot. The only downfall that I’ve found with this belt is I ordered a size too big and so I have to tighten it extremely tight. Other than that I love the way it looks I love the way it feels and it has really been very beneficial for me and my work out.

The material and stitching are fairly good, so despite being made of nylon, the belt is likely to serve you for years. Still, it might not be the best option in case you expect really advanced support. But if you are an amateur athlete, Warm Body Cold Mind will be definitely enough for your training. Es un producto que me encantó le da muy buen soporte a la espalda. A la hora de cargar mucho peso me da mucha mayor seguridad, lo recomiendo ampliamente! El material con el que está hecho parece muy resistente, lo llevo usando más del mes y no he tenido ningún inconveniente.
