a very good read, and it definitely causes thinking and introspection ...
As expected, this is a very insightful and "continuation" book building still further on "Leading Quietly." Found history, philosophy and lessons to be learned...a very good read, and it definitely causes thinking and introspection if taken seriously--which should logically lead to different behavior by us in our management roles within the businesses we operate. I'm glad it's in my business library.

Not great
My management professor assigned this book for class reading. This book seems to have lots of filler content and little clear topic direction. The second book we read for the class (Originals: How Non-Conformists Change the World) I gave 5 stars.
