Great hangers. I'm only giving them a 4 because they advertise that the hooks swivel. Mine do not and since these hangers are not cheap and also out of stock, I'm not planning on taking a pair of pliers to get the hook to swivel. Other than the hook being permanent like those cheap plastic hangers, I really like them. No more dents in the shoulders of my clothes, which is a big plus. And, you can get more clothes into your closet with these hangers.I'd purchase more if they were in stock, I just would like the description to be more accurate.

These hangers are non-slip and versatile with lots of options for hanging different items. They are a bit thinner and more fragile and bendy than expected of something called "heavy duty" (hence the four stars). One was broken on arrival, even though still bound in the package and well packaged for transport. They are reasonably priced, however, and I'm sure they will do the job for which they were purchased--just probably with a shorter useful life.

I tried using hangers that come with the clothing I purchase. They have the little digits in the shoulders to catch clothing from slipping off, but they're never very strong and inevidably break. Those cheap dollar store plastic hangers take up far too much space in the closet and aren't very good for hanging nicer clothing. There were so many good reviews on these hangers, so I thought I'd give them a try, and I am not disappointed. They're very sturdy, don't take up a lot of space and support my clothing very well.If you're tired of using mediocre hangers, I would highly recommend these. You won't be disappointed.

These hangers look and feel a bit stronger than a set of similar type hangers that I purchased a few months ago. The metal hooks on that set of hangers broke off very easily and most of them wound up in the trash. Time will tell if these will last longer. I definitely would only use these hangers for light weight garments.

I wanted velvet hangers, and this was all I could find. They are ok quality- they look kind of cheap. The packaging had misspellings and typos. It said it was a pack of 5 hangers directly on the packaging when there were clearly 10 or 12 (I forget). They will do the trick but I wish they were velvet and I wish they looked nicer.

According to the description, it seemed that these would be good to use with heavy coats. However, they are not up to the task. The problem is in the design. When you pull out the hanger with the coat, the indentation on the one side allows the hanger to bend away from the other half of the hanger and not support the coat. Also, the blue gripper pieces do not stay in place. Had to return.

The hangers were great for my son's tshirts in the dorm. They don't seem super sturdy though so I wouldn't recommend hanging heavy clothes on them.

Disappointed that these are as large as they are. I was looking for something smaller than the adult-size found in stores, yet larger than the children's small hangers. Since they are marketed for baby and children's clothing, I feel misled. Even some comments say they work for children's. My son is size 8, just buying size 10. They may work for 10's but too large for 8's. I wouldn't call them "children's" at all. They are only a scant bit shorter than regular adult hangers.
