This w.as one of 5 herbs I needed to make a Stress Relief tea. I was happy with the quality and size.

I like it because it helps one to fall asleep and stay asleep through the nightHowever The taste is rather bitter.

Great quality. I use it as a sedative and sleep aid. Went right to sleep.

Very different quality and fragrance from previous order. The smell was not good. These were brown and not light green as with previous order not good

Great tea! Hot or cold.

I personally use the hops to relax I make my own tinctures (a lot cheaper this way!) I make satchels and stuff them in my pillows (add other things in them for scent as well) to help relax at night. There’s other spiritual uses for the hops as well. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
