Feels toxic 😅
It applies nicely but it's definitely weird feeling. Makes your eyelid stiff and my eyes get a bit itchy. Maybe it's an allergic reaction. But it feels more like a product we shouldn't be putting on our skin, let alone by our eyes. Texture is similar to acrylic paint.
