Billiges Chinamesser
Die Bilder und die Beschreibung des Messers sahen gut aus und darum habe ich es gekauft. Leider eine echte Enttäuschung. Der Griff ist zerkratzt und besteht aus billigem Plastik, alles ist schlecht lackiert. Auf der Klinge ist das vermutliche Herstellungsland "China" gedruckt, was auf den Produktbildern nicht zu sehen ist. Für einen Preis von rund 21 Euro erwarte ich mehr Qualität. Zudem handelt es sich um ein Einhandmesser, welches in Deutschland nicht mitgeführt werden darf. Der Verkäufer hat auf meine Nachricht leider nicht reagiert.

Good for the price
Pretty good, love the size and grip. The blade eventually came loose and I need to use another hard item to move the lock feature out of the way to close it. But it lasted a while before that happened.

Nice design, quality not so much.
I had a red one gifted to me awhile ago, really like the size and design. Friend of mine likes purple, so thought it would be fun to gift the purple one. Sent the first one back, because it wasn't consistently opening fully to lock, which is dangerous. The pivot action was impossible to tune. The replacement opens and locks safely, but the lock release is a little finicky, likes to stick. The edge quality isn't great. These knives tend to have an edge defect near the tip that requires some regrinding to get it to actually take an edge as it should. It's inexpensive enough, that I can live with reworking the edge. The spring assist and lock issues are a different matter. Also, all the bolts tend to loosen pretty regularly, so you need to really stay on top of tightening them. They're all star heads. The pivot bolt loosens more frequently than the small handle ones. Both purple knives were in boxes with a black marker line through the barcode. We all know what that means. The replacement is good enough to live with. These are handy and cheap, and if you don't mind fixing the poorly ground edge, and staying on top of the bolt tightening, they're worth the money. Just be sure to inspect them when you receive them, do you can return for replacement without issue, if you need to.
