Really don't need oil.
We are so glad we bought this. We use it a lot more than we imagined we would. It's true that you don't need oil, which amazes me. It doesn't seem to even get dirty. Happy with this item.

We like griddle of this company because, the previous one we purchased 10 years ago from this company gave us very good performance. This has a plastic handle that makes the use very safe on the stove.

This is the worst non-stick griddle (tava) I have ever used
This is the worst non-stick griddle (tava) I have ever used. You would expect a great product considering the money you are spending on it, but it does not give you any value for your money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I always take care to clean it with a sponge and not scrub it but the non-stick coating came off after a few uses. The dosas keep sticking to the surface. It is definitely the worst product.

Best Tawa
Excellent Tawa. I took a chance after reading mixed reviews, and it paid off well. Perfect for Rotis, Dosa. Thank you Hawkins. Back in 1972 my parents received a 5ltr pressure cooker as a wedding gift from my father's friends and they treasured that piece for a very long time. We still use only Hawkins pressure cookers.

Big scratch on the product. So many days it has been but the product still has not been picked up from my place.

With in 2 months of use this is chipping out see images and my return window also closed yesterday hence i am not able to return this as well , bit if the seller can come back to me that will be great

Useful product
Loved it, the size is not too big to handle and nor too small for a medium sized dosa. The quality is very good, nothing gets stuck. Can be used for dosa , chilla as well as rotis. To be cleaned with soft sponge to maintain the non stick coating.
