This worked very well for our project

Great to lock a pocket door.
Finally, I can lock the pocket door. The only problem is the knob to turn is a but too thin and tiny.

Excellent replacement
These fit perfectly in my standard 2 1/4 inch cut outs, replacing the old (1996) brass that have been scratched, and only have flat plate rather then the round edges the new one has, much better looking. There is a snapping action when locking that requires a little technique but latches well.

Can't go wrong with Schlage
Replaced our other Schlage which had a piece break off after 20 years of daily use. It took more time to get it out of all the packaging than it did to install. Just line up the holes and pop the screws in. You do not need to hire anyone to replace this, it's dead easy.

Not well made would not recommend.
Mechanism broke apart on first use. Whole was cut so I cobbled some parts that fixed it temporarily but do not know if it will last.

Works beautifully
What you see is exactly what you get: solid, well crafted sliding door lock. Reversing the mechanism was simple. Should I need another, I'd happily purchase this again.

looks nice, internal spring broke
After about a year of frequent use on our bathroom door, the internal spring broke on this. We're getting another one, hoping it will last longer, it's the nicest we've seen.
