This product is expensive. It could do a better job for the price. But it easy to use & has no odor.

Product Did Not Work
I just received this product yesterday and placed both packets in my he washing machine and ran the machine 'clean' cycle. Unfortunately, this product did not work. The same odor was present after the cycle. I am disappointed and on the search for a new product.

I love the product but it arrived with all the power packets being breached within the envelopes - not a big problem but still not the way it's supposed to be.

WOW! It works!
Our repairman recommended another brand but it smelled bad and perfumey and who knows what it was made of. I don't know what this is made of but at least it says it is safe to touch and it has no smell and it really worked after one use and it does not leave a smell on our clothes. No sense covering up smells with fragrance; I just want the problem solved and this seems to do it. I have had to use it once a week or so, but I will stock up so I can throw a sachet in any time the washer seems to need it. I guess it's worth spending the money on this rather than a whole new washing machine. UPDATE: May 23, 2012. It still works fine - however, after using it frequently, now there seems to be a minty smell in the washer itself, not on the clothes I wash, though. The clothes do not pick up the scent.- The minty scent subsides after a little while. I am very pleased with how it fixed the problem!

It works!
Not much to say about this product but that it works great. Mold and odor gone and no harsh chemical smell left behind. Will use it periodically
