Great product
Had for a few months now and find ways to use it with each workout. I have thick thighs and sensitive skin. This product has never pinched, rolled down, or caused any skin irritation. The two included jump ropes are a great gift, too! They are smooth, have a nice weight and rotates nicely. All of it is lightweight and ease to travel with. I highly recommend this product to anyone on their fitness journey.

Nice
Jump ropes are nice and can be adjustable. Only issue(s) that I had was when wanting to shorten the jump rope it’s tough to put in the handle and close. When I wanted to make it longer, it takes quite a bit of effort and strength to do it. Other than that I’m happy with all of it.

Great value!
Very happy with quality, very happy with price. Was only looking to purchase a single jump rope, but this kit was cheaper than rope I was looking at in store. And bonus... I get resistance bands and a jump rope for the kids.

THEY DO NOT SLIDE
These bands are fantastic, and they do not slide or roll on your legs (with leggings and with shorts). First day I brought them to the gym someone approached me to ask where I picked them up at. I am very happy with this purchase. Jump ropes are adjustable too, and handles are very comfortable to hold.
