I couldn't be happier, and strongly recommend this antenna
UP-DATE !!!I bought this in early August, and had it upstairs in a spare bedroom. I could get about 23 channels by changing the direction of the antenna. Over the weekend, I moved it outside. AMAZINGLY, I now get 35 (That's all the OTAs we have in the area) perfectly clear channels and do not have to turn the antenna at all. I have it connected to two TVs, and both pictures are incredible. I couldn't be happier, and strongly recommend this antenna.I wish I could give it more stars! :-)

Very sensitive antenna for mostly indoor use
Bought this antenna to wean ourselves off of Satellite TV.We live in "them thar hills" and are very remote from broadcast towers, (between 70 to 125 miles in any direction). I installed this antenna on the second floor of a farm house which has a metal clad roof. Our elevation is not mountainous, and that will certainly affect your mileage, but our terrain is very hilly and we live on above average elevation. That said, I was totally blown away with the number channels we received from the two larger remote cities using this antennaThe metal clad roof does not seem to affect the signal as much as expected.Pros: Price. We are totally impressed with the sensitivity of this antenna, It is "directional' for sure, so one must have patience when searching out the possible channels that are actually viewable in your area. In that regard, some Digital TV's and Digital Convertor boxes have a "mapping" feature which allows you to remember the channels that one is capable of viewing. Once 'mapping' is established, your job will then be to initially take some time to rotate the antenna with your TV already on channel for best possible signal. Note: No matter where you live, getting your TV off the air is both free and better (full 1080P resolution)Cons: This antenna is listed as an "outdoor" install antenna. I am very doubtful with the plastic and light metal construction this antenna would take much abuse from the outside elements. Of particular concern is the plastic "rotator mount". The unit does not seem to be particularly robust in construction. Will it hold and not strip out in winds ? That remains to be seen.Longevity will have to be determined, but so far my opinion is this is a great antenna. The High Def signals from over the air broadcasting can deliver true 1080 P resolution. Satellite can only seem to deliver 1080i, a much lower quality HD.

Got almost 20 extra channels with this inexpensive choice
This item came extremely quickly! I was a little worried about what this could do since the antenna is made of light materials and I'm not sure how much abuse it will take but then I only spent a very little for it. I used my existing cabling that was connected to an older and different antenna. The old one was constantly losing signal and I had very limited station choices. When I put this one up and had a helper aim it, I was surprised to see it got almost 20 more channels than the previous model I had and it holds a strong signal on almost all but the furthest ones. I can get MD, VA and PA stations all from central MD. I did mount outside on a solid chimney frame and I never use the remote (which works but isn't really necessary once aimed). Time will tell how durable this will be but it was a great buy for the money.

DXing in Digital
We recently moved 100 miles east from the San Francisco Bay Area to the Sierra Nevada Foothills. I’m delighted but bemused that this device does a fine job pulling in Bay Area stations, but struggles with closer Central Valley broadcasters. It works great, but build quality is what one would expect at this price point. The power rotator does swing the antenna around, but you never know in which direction or how much. This might be covered in the instructions, but these seem to have been transcribed after a bad day on Google translate.

HDTV Antenna, WINTOP Amplified Digital TV Antenna 150 Miles Range 360° Rotation Outdoor
I've seen good reviews on this antenna but I'm convinced they're not telling you how good the pick up really is? Recommended is 30-34 feet from the ground in my area, but I've got it in my attic about 25 feet from the ground & I get 72 channels, some 80 to 110 miles away!?

Works Great Lots of Channels
This antenna works great! Couldn't afford cable any longer and tired of paying high prices for all the extra channels I don't want or like. With the antenna and my Sony Bluray box with the different apps I have more programs to watch than I will ever have time for. I use to sit with the rabbit ears in my lap and turn rotate it by hand so I can finish watching a show but with this antenna I no longer have to do this.

It's just okay
It isn't MAGIC it's just okay. It went up easy enough but had to be moved around a lot before it picked anything up.I'm using it in NEW HAMPSHIRE not the outback or anything and it picks up 6 to 8 channels on any given day.Only one major network (abc) and the rest are PBS or PBS type stuff.....None of the signals are strong, on a windy, rainy or snowy day your lucky to get anything.

great little antenna for price and customer satisfaction was great
I purchased this antenna to get local channels since I have satellite, not knowing how good this worked except by reading reviews compared to others and price I can say I think for value its worth the purchase. I can get most channels that neighbor gets with 20' pole antenna (huge bulky antenna) it was easy to install and get working. I did have one small issue with coaxial cable, would not connect to back of antenna called company they sent new coaxial with different ends that fixed the issue. I believe it took 2 days to arrive no charge and they were very polite to deal with
