This hook worked perfect for a fan I found and second hand store. I didn’t see that it didn’t come with the back attachment. But easy to find and I purchased and installed myself tada my fan was up on my wall.

Works as advertised
Used it to mount a fan that was out of the box and the mounting device was lost. It works perfectly as the original would. The fan is sturdy when oscillating as well. Would recommend.
