Don't Worry Meringue Cookies, Cookies & Cream Healthy Snacks

These are so good. They're only 1 calorie each and satisfy a sweet craving. I didn't think that I would like them, but they melt in your mouth and are a good flavor. The cookies and cream, strawberry, and caramel flavors are my favorite. The vanilla flavor is a little bland. I'm definitely going to reorder these.

I usually don’t write reviews however I just received this because I thought that it was one calorie per piece. That is what the label says on the front. The back says 30 calories for 7 pieces. The math ain’t mathing. If there can be this huge of a discrepancy in the nutrition facts, it’s concerning what else is falsely advertised. I got two different kinds the chocolate kind and the cookie kind and the cookie kind says 1 cal per piece on the front but the nutrition label says 30 cal per seven pieces. Now the chocolate kind says 4 cal per piece on the front and it still says 30 cal per seven pieces on the nutrition label.

These are really good. I’ve been in a calorie deficit for 9 months now and these help keep the cravings away while satisfying my sweet tooth. I don’t eat a full serving at once I just eat a few of these throughout the day which might add up to a serving and I can keep dropping weight without the guilt. My fitness coach don’t even know I be eating these 😂. If you want to see your abs just go in a calorie deficit (500-700cal) and eat 1gram of protein per pound of body weight with Whole Foods only. Lift weights 4x a week and do 20 minutes walking on an incline. Takes 6 months to a year that’s all folks. I ordered 4 more. TIP: They taste better when they’re cold so I leave them in the fridge.

So they raved about these on “Shark Tank” and I decided to give them a try. Actually I’m a tech writer, so food is a little out of my wheelhouse, but I do know what tastes good and what doesn’t. These cookies are indeed very light and not dense at all, however to me that’s a slight problem. Since these are meringue cookies, they are made to be very light with no real “solid bite.” They are fine for me as a person on a restricted sugar diet, however, the problem is, since they are so light you wind up consuming a large quantity to satisfy your craving. No it’s not like gobbling down an Oreo, but then it’s not supposed to be. The chocolate flavors okay, however the Cookies and Cream left something to be desired! Did not taste anything like its name and to me had a slightly strange taste. You know, I made a statement earlier that I’m tech writer and writing about food was not a primary topic. Maybe not quite true: I did indeed convenient restaurant and as a result I do know which foods do and do not taste good. My advice? If you have a sweet tooth and crave a low sugar snack these are fine, but again be aware as to how light they are, plus watch that Cookies and Cream, not a good choice!

Love the fact that they are low calorie. You can definitely eat the whole thing and not feel guilty. I’m a sweetie ok, gotta have my sweets and this solves my sweet tooth cravings. Vanilla was by far my favorite I just loved the way it melts in your mouth. Cookies and cream left something more to be desired. In ranking order 1.Vanilla 2.Strawberry 3.Cookies and cream.

Not nearly as crunchy as they looked in videos and I didn't think the flavor resembled cookies and cream at all. Price is insane. Would be 1 star but a couple of people I gave the extra containers to seemed to like them. I wouldn't be so upset with the product if it wasn't so high in price

The Don't Worry Meringue Double Chocolate Cookies package that was advertised on Shark Tank arrived in excellent condition. I love that it is very low in fat and calories, and the serving size is the right amount. I really love that snack. Delicious!! Thank you.

These are good when you’re craving something sweet while dieting since they’re low calorie and easy to snack on. The cookies & cream flavor is decent at first, but the artificial sweetener taste gets more noticeable and kind of overwhelming after eating more. Not bad overall, but probably not something I’d eat every day.
