The item did come slightly broken the plastic corners where shirts can be hung snapped on one side. Didn't bother returning as the item worked and I don't need the hooks

Used daily and very sturdy

Initially I was a bit hesitant as it does only come wrapped in some plastic rather than a box to protect it, the plastic itself had also ripped in transit. That aside it’s served it’s use perfectly. After washing it allows me to stack a lot of clothes in one place, I would recommend to be careful though as it is not the strongest structure and if you put on heavier clothing like jackets or trousers/ jeans it will break the mechanism that keeps it up quicker over time. Take care of it and it should last you for many years to come.

As other reviewer(s) have reported the Wilko dryer was delivered in its plastic shrink wrap only, and had insufficient protective packaging to prevent transit/handling damage. As a consequence, one of the upper corner pieces was broken when delivered. Too much fuss and bother to return, and the drier works well apart from the damaged piece, which had to be removed because it was so sharp.The drier works fine but is fairly lightweight and not the most stable unit, so care is needed to balance damp washing to prevent tipping.Easy to pull open for usage. However, the closing mechanism can result in a rather vicious drop, so do read & follow the instructions before trying to chop off your thumb (like I nearly did).

Came a day earlier than expected!No damages to the packaging or the product. It was a better quality than I was expecting for the money. It also dries more washing than I thought it would, easily holding a full machine load. I am very happy with it and I would definitely recommend this clothes dryer, especially if you are tight for space.

Good size and sturdy, only negative is that the rails are above eachother and not staggered so washing takes a while to dry if fully loaded other than that a great purchase .

Received the airer slightly damaged with a few bent bits, contacted wilko and they offered a new replacement or part discount, apart from that the airer is brilliant, really lightweight but sturdy and easy to use.Excellent customer service also
