These do NOT fit a ram 4500
they will not fit over the lug nuts and seat firmly on the rim, completely loose and unstable, the lugs do not fit the threads correctly. Move on to a better product, i bought a set for another brand truck last week and they fit perfectly, easy install. These this brand was completely the opposite, will not seat on a 4500
