Best coffee. Taste almost like the real coffee. Water washed without harsh chemicals. If yours taste too fruity or too bitter, check your water temperature and grind size. And this is true low acidity, even though it might taste sour / fruity (because being a medium roast!). Acidity is not the same as the sourness taste. Just want to point this out, reading some of the other reviews. Best decaf in the market

I had been very happy with my Four Sigmatic Think coffee; however due to the effects of caffeine, I decided to switch to a decaf. Since most coffee has mold and mycotoxins, I was looking for a brand that was certified mold and mycotoxin free. There are some brands that mention it if you look hard enough on their site, and there are some that do promote their coffee as mold-free, but the majority of them don't do testing and have certification on their site. Assuring that your coffee is mold and mycotoxin free is an ongoing process that needs to be tested on a consistent basis. Purity is one of the few brands I found that actually does this. And of course, I wanted decaf that was Swiss water processed, so there would be no chemicals. And of course, it's organic as well. All of these are very important factors for me, but then so is taste. And finding a coffee that met those 3 qualities and also tasted good proved to be a challenge. While I do wish they'd come out with a dark roast decaf (I like a really strong, deep roast flavor), this makes a delicious cup of bulletproof coffee for me in the mornings. I was also glad to discover that they sell it in a 5 pound bag, which makes it a little more economical. I highly recommend this coffee.

Absolutely delicious! No jitters just a Clean Flavorful cup of coffee. It's unlike any other decaffeinated coffee I've had. I definitely recommend it.

Good flavor. I have drinking this for a year now. I love it. I was worried that it was going to be hard to switch to something that was clean and free of all the mold and toxins, but it is so good. A little pricey but worth it.

I had to update my review. The first time I made it it says to use more course grounds in my pour over and it tasted like crap. Then I made it in a regular coffee pot and it still sucked. I ended up grinding it so it was a fine grind and used the pour over with a brown coffee filter and it worked great. Great flavor, I'm happy now.

No Roast Date on the Bag As someone who buys specialty coffee, I was disappointed that the bag doesn't include a roast date. The roast date is one of the most important pieces of information for whole bean coffee because it tells you how fresh the beans are and helps you decide when they'll taste their best. Without a roast date, it's impossible to know whether the coffee was roasted a few days ago or several weeks ago. Freshness has a significant impact on flavor, aroma, crema, and extraction, especially for espresso. I hope the company starts printing the roast date on every bag. It's a basic expectation for specialty coffee and would give customers much more confidence in the product.

This product has significantly reduced the stomach acid I would feel after a normal caffeine filled coffee. Each morning I am able to grind the bean for Freshness and the roast was so delicious. Its a deal worth paying for.

It is delicious coffee. We researched this and compared it to our usual coffee. This one is definitely a healthier bean as you can tell the consistency when ground is better and the beans don't have a weird coating like other beans. This will be our go to brand from here on out.
