This is NOT a book...but cards attached in book form
My book is a fan ...is anyone else's? I really don't like the fan idea. Honest to God, it's attached at one end and is a fan, so I have to open it like a fan to see the recipes. It's not easy to use, because you need 3 hands in order to go through them and there are recipes on front and back. You can't copy them on your printer because of how they are attached at the corner of each card.Looking at the recipes, half of the book is vinaigrettes. Some of the recipes uses store bought dressings and then you add your own flavorings to the bottle. So the title of Homemade is out the window with those recipes.

This is a great little book
This is a great little book. And it is rather little. The pages are on thin cardboard like flash cards or something, but the recipes are really good. The first one I made tasted like restaurant quality. Really nice. Will continue to use this, I'm sure, and liked it so much I bought one for my friend.

Eany, Meany, Miney, Moe - Choosing just one recipe per meal isn't going to be easy.
Oh My! Oh My! Oh My! The only downside to this book is deciding which salad dressing to make first. We grilled chicken and went back and forth trying to decide if we wanted to make the Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing or the Asian Peanut Street-Stand Dressing. The Warm Mushroom Bacon and Molasses Vinaigrette was wonderful on a spinach salad with thinly sliced grilled steak. If you're looking for flavorful vinaigrette's and not your run-of-the-mill salad dressings, then this book is for you. Throw caution to the wind and take a walk on the wild side!!!

Delicious. Now I have a new collection of oils and vinegars and a different dressing each week. Very cool!
