They're fine.
These fans look nice and were easy enough to install. It's nice that it comes with the controller. The controller has some double sided 3M tape which was nice as well.I haven't had any issues with lights being the wrong color (like my corsair RAM) or any excessive noise.Overall I'm happy with my purchase. In hindsight I wish I would've went with something a little cheaper or waited for a sale.

Needed a 120mm for the rear of my build. The fan being reviewed is the back one that's by itself. No complaints.

Defective fan, bad customer support
One of the fans came defective, fan would spin but no rgb. It was deemed defective by NZXT and I was told a replacement was on the way, easy. After a week or so of no tracking info I reached out again and was told the fan was out of stock. A week later I reached out again and they said the best they could do was a much cheaper, uglier fan. I unfortunately agreed and was really unhappy when I received the product. When I reached back out the service department was aggressive, rude and just all around horrible to deal with.

These are one-sided and they're a nightmare to install.
I didn't see any mention of the Duo model anywhere which is what I needed because who wants 9 fans exhausting air out of their case with zero intake? So yeah, the blame is on me but it should be more explicit because I looked at NZXT fans and AIO water cooling for like an hour and never noticed that there was a Dual-sided model.Also, this kit doesn't include splitters to power up your fans (because who needs that, right?) and the RGB adapter plugs into USB 2.0 headers (not Adressable RGB like I thought), so make sure that you have enough for your needs on your motherboard or buy some splitters separately.So yeah, now I have to buy a bunch of splitters and adapters and I need to order two additional packs of the Duo model and return two out of the three kits I ordered. Major pain in the butt.

Not duo
These are not the duo version. You can buy the duo version with LEDs on both sides of the fans for the same price elsewhere. These are only good for exhaust if you want the LEDs visable from the inside of the case. I bought these thinking they were the duo version
