This is one of those products that I never seem to find in a supermarket, and I don’t know why it isn’t more popular. It’s really versatile. I use it in many baked goods, or when I’m making oatmeal or other hot breakfast cereals.

Bought this to make a seasoning blend but it is subtly sweet, not particularly powerful. Probably good in tea or baking but not for what I needed. Excellent texture though and easy to use.

I have bought granulated honey from them before, wanted something that would dissolve when making bread or dough works like a champ will buy again.

I love this for my plain yogurt mixes ,and cereal, and oat meals and hot drinks .It mixes well and blends well with different foods. It lasts long on the shelf life ,and its easy to open, but it seals just right to keep pest from getting to it. Its a must to have for your pantry. Its a great investment and it save you money for that honey flavor.

I don’t know who uses this stuff or perhaps they have different taste buds than I. It’s like sweetened flour. Tried mixing it with melted butter for popcorn and it was horrible..

Like every Hoosier Hill Farms item I've purchase, this arrived fresh and well packaged. It was a nice treat with berries, and I'm sure I'll find many other uses. Because it's powdered, it will be easier to use in cooking and baking, especially when measuring. Anyone that's tried using honey in baking and cooking knows how hard it can be to measure liquid honey. This is also a great way to add the taste of honey to fruit or desserts for a nice change from plain cane sugar.

Although a good product and very convienient for cooking it is quite pricey and it lacks some honey flavour. Great for tea and coffee.
