I tried several magnets in my first night. It worked for me, and helped Qi flow in my meridians. That's what I desired. The condition is that as long as you are sure where to put these on your accu-points accurately. if don't know how, it cannot help you.

These do work for pain if you place them right. They are tiny and difficult to place on the spot, You also have to be aware they do not fall off and you loose the magnet. If you have children or pets I would not want to use. If you drop the tiny magnets and they get swallowed it could be very dangerous.

The magnets are tiny and not attached to the stickers. That could be nice if you want to use and re-use. On the other hand, if you have pets or small children? What happens if you lose a magnet or two? Yeah. I'm used to magnets that are attached to the stickers and do not like this version at all. I ended up throwing them away because I do not feel like sitting down and attaching the magnets to the stickers before applying and then dealing with the tiny magnets after removing the stickers. I wish this had been more clear from the information/photographs provided by the seller. I would not have purchased these if I thought it would be up to me to put the whole thing together before use.

I'm honestly not sure if these work or if it's placebo effect. Im honestly not sure if it matters. It is however kinda dumb trying to manage such TINY magnets and stickers for my chronic pain. I had 30 on the other day and idk if it did a thing or if I was just tricking myself.
