Seems very nice quality on first opening . Works perfectly off my portable 18 v Bosch usb charger . I tried my biggest battery in the charger unit I have then plugged the fridge usb in to it no problem runs great for camping . Will run off any portable charger that has a usb outlet

Used this as an extension to my fridge freezer, plugged into mains for several weeks. Really doesn't cool drinks cold enough especially those in plastic bottles such as water, even canned drinks were barely cool enough to enjoy properly. The worst part is that it creates so much condensation inside, there's a puddle of water at the bottom, everything inside looks like it's been rained on and even in sealed plastic bags the salad vegetables went mouldy. A shame as it's roomy and sturdy, but isn't fit for cooling purpose. There is a low hum on setting 1. Very noisy on setting 2, which would have been colder but too noisy for the flat.

Great for keeping my beers and meats cold in caravan.

There were several in the coolbox category we reviewed before buying this one. Used solidly over atwo week holiday as travel coolbox and secondary cooler in the cottage beside the fridge. Plus is the size and performance - everything was kept cool and frozen items placed in it for the 7 hour return trip were still frozen when we got home. Only minus is thet the fan housing inside driop condensation inoto the box on opening afer a long time closed and running. We got over this by adding a pad of kitchen roll under it and that worked ok. Overall good value for money and did its job well.

Cool box arrived with a broken plastic lid hinge. Doesn't appear to be sturdy enough.Product returned and refunded but cost 16 GBP to return by post that was not refunded. Expensive experiment.
