What happened TerraSoul? I am a bag and half into my 7th order of the 3 pack of 2 lb bags. My first 4 orders were filled with big, juicy fresh dates, delicious sweet and carmel flavored- Extra Fancy like you label your bags. However my 5th order of bags were mixed some fresh and large, others very small, dry and tasteless. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance, so I ordered again and it was mostly small dry dates. No one deserves a 3rd chance, but I gave you one because after traveling to Egypt for years, I love to start my day with Egyptian coffee and 3 dates. I thought I did the right thing the 2 bags I've opened are full of large, juicy dates but I've had to throw over half of them away because they are moldy. I'm broken hearted, you had a great thing going... what happened to your quality control? These dates are too expensive for me to tolerate this. We're done. I'm moving on.

Tasty, but not pitted

I received a refund on these because they were dry … usually these come so moist and wonderful. I think I’ll continue buying them but I’ll admit I like the ones they sell without the pits. This is a great company to buy from… their raw organic nuts are great too.

THE BEST and the only ones I will eat. I buy 3 bags cause my kids absolutely love them. Have tried many different kinds and don't like them....these are nice and large, does have a seed in the middle but it's easy to remove. I don't like them to be in frig cause I think they change in texture when not kept at room temp with original bag. For a nice treat put some natural peanut butter on them and drizzle with melted dark chocolate drizzled over them and freeze.... wonderful frozen snack when you want something sweet too!!

These dates are a great value for the money. I think pitted dates dry out faster, so I like being able to just pull the pits out myself for a scrumptious moist date. Pits pull out easily, and I primarily use the dates to sweeten smoothies. There are usually a couple dates per bag that look questionable, so I just toss them. I have not found any worms or other bugs, as others have mentioned. I always buy a 3 pack every other month. I just went to open the third bag out of my most recent purchase and it was inflated to the point where the bag was about to burst. Uh oh, that's definitely not supposed to happen! Devastated to throw the entire bag in the trash, but not worth the risk of getting sick. Bummer no option to return. Still, I will buy again.
