Great for tracking progress
Love this book. It is the perfect size to walk around the gym with. The spaces to write are large enough and the book is large enough to be useful, and it is laid out in a very easy, intuitive format. I would suggest getting a small binder clip and clip your current workout back with your previous one so you can quickly look back for reference, or clip your printed-out version to the opposite blank page. Would highly recommend.

Perfect!
I searched for quite a time to find an exercise journal that had what I wanted. I needed something to be mainly about exercise and not so much about other things, such as diet, sleep, etc. to which I found many journals devoted half of the space. This journal maximizes the space for recording many workout related components and also has an open-ended space for bullet journaling, which I appreciate.

My pro fit journal is great. It has a place for everything, workouts, diet, health concerns and more. It will keep me motivated and on tracking
