We have been trying to get the wireless camera to connect to our wifi, contacted customer service through e-mail. They have been outstanding in trying to help us resolve the issue for the past three days. We had a friend connect to the camera with her phone and it's amazing how clear the picture is. I can't wait to figure out how to get it connected to our router. Today customer service tech Frank after 2 and half hr's of searching my pc and router he finally resolved the issue with the camera connecting. We can't express in words how grateful we are. Now we finally have our camera up and running. Amazing picture and great features. I'm going to purchase another one to install in the rear of our house. If you want a product that they support and stand by get this camera. Other people stated that my router was outdated, phew TG I didn't go and purchase another one. Update - we purchased another camera and had it up and running in about 1/2 an hr with setting it up and mounting it. I will provide a video and pics once I figure out how to download them and post them on here. As I had previously stated a month ago, That would purchase additional cameras. We now own 3 of these cameras and the videos and pictures are awesome. I will provide other videos and photos eventually. No matter the issue Mr Wen will make sure that the issue is resolved if it's determine that it can't be resolved they will replace it. The only issue I had was with one of the solar panels and he had it replaced. It's been three months now and so far everything is going well with the cameras. The only issue I have is with the app freezing up sometimes and not letting me access the cameras. Other than that, great video shots day & night views as clear as can be.I have provided recent videos and and photos for all to see that the quality hasn't changed. It's been three months now and all three cameras now are working just fine. Had an issue after a firmware update that cause the cameras to not pick up any movement. After restarting the software they started working again. We no longer have the full capacity of the software AI, We just have the free version of vicohome now and it's just fine. We had a couple of minor issues and spoke to Millie Wang and she has been keeping in touch with us making sure that all is going well for us. I am considering purchasing another camera for a friend as a gift for Christmas. Ms.Wang has also provided information on other new products and detailed information. I have read the information on the new cameras and now they have upgrade the zoom feature. Customer service reps like Ms.Wang and Mr Chen is what makes buying these products worth it. I will keep updating the reviews and adding more videos for all to see. Once I purchase the new camera that has been upgraded I will provide videos and details on it's performance.

The media could not be loaded.  This camera is 1080p, wireless, solar powered, with 355 degree pan and 90 tilt (no zoom despite the PTZ lable).The biggest selling points of this camera are that it weatherproof (IP66) and it is solar powered. These features add a lot of options for where the camera can be used. It supports Wi-Fi (2.4Ghz only) but it can also accept a micro SD card for storage if Wi-Fi is not available.I was disappointed to learn that this camera cannot be added to Blue Iris. The only way to view the video is through the mobile app, or physically removing the SD card and browsing it's contents. Live view is only available through the mobile app and then only if the camera is connected to Wi-Fi.The mobile app has a good interface and supports multiple cameras. The pan and tilt functions work well to control the camera. The camera itself will not zoom, but in the app you can zoom into the image provided by the camera. You can save a jpg of an image on the screen (saved locally on the phone). You can also download the full video locally. The video is stored in the cloud and retained for 7 days. The camera has a microphone and a speaker. The mobile app will allow users to listen to the audio coming from the camera. The press to speak button in the mobile app lets app users communicate with users at the camera location.The camera has three different levels of motion detection and offers notifications. If you sign up for a subscription, the app offers advanced object detection (person, pet, package, vehicle) and lets you customize notifications.The build quality is good as is the image quality. I like that it can be powered by the solar panel but inside you have the option to power it with a micro USB cable. The app works well but I wish there was a way to store the video locally. If you don't have the motion detection tuned then you'll be innundated with notifications. There is an onboard IR light (for night vision) and visable light, both of which can be controlled through the mobile app. You can also set off an audible alarm via the mobile app.Overall I like the camera. It gives me the ability to add a camera to places that were not an option before. I wish it was higher resolution, and an optical zoom would be nice. As mentioned earlier, I wish it could integrate into Blue Iris and store video locally.
