Must have for pain relief
This belt is amazing at pain relief. It also has helped me with my weight loss goals. It’s easy to use and makes a big difference. It is not very bright so it doesn’t affect your sight any. I’m very satisfied with this red light therapy belt. Great choice !

I tried for 3 weeks but not enough relief my heating pad was more effective. I was doing infra red therapy and thought this would help so I won't have to go to therapy but after 3 weeks I will be returning to therapy and sadly returned my item

Red light LED waist wrap produces strong red light at red & infrared wavelengths (660 & 850 nm)
The whole field of home-based red light therapy is one that is continually debated. Useful or not? There are plenty of studies to suggest both answers. Still, there are enough reasonably well carried out studies that demonstrate some red light / beneficial effect, photobiomodulation, that a lot of people have tried it--and many swear by it.The development of high-powered, low-cost LED light sources has made it possible to develop red light therapy devices that are small and relatively inexpensive (compared to the cost of a useful device just a few years ago). This particular device promises a combination of 660nm (red) and 850nm (infrared) light in a wraparound sheet that attaches (via velcro straps) around your waist. It's a convenient shape that could also be used for many other body parts, including arms, legs, neck, etc. There are a total of 105 LED emitters (63 660m; 42 850nm) embedded in the belt. While I can't attest to any amazing abilities of red light therapy in general, I can affirm that this device is capable of generating a very very bright red light (see photos). The instruction manual that is included makes claims for weight loss, but the evidence in the literature that exists for red light therapy promoting weight loss is limited, and even the studies that purport to demonstrate some value show that it's likely quite low for that purpose. The studies on red light therapy out there suggest usefulness for things like blood circulation, pain, etc. I'd be more inclined to believe those. In the kit you get:** Red light therapy waist wrap, produces light at 660nm and 850nm** AC power adapter + controller cord** USB-A to power adapter that can be used in place of the AC adapter if desiredThe power controller provides controls for the following:** ON/off** Run time until auto-shutoff** Power Level (0-4) -- corresponding to 0.9 to 16W.The wrap is generously sized, and will probably fit almost any body size. Note that the highest power level is rated for 16W, and if you use a USB power source, depending on the source and the cable, it may struggle to provide this amount of power. The AC adapter is more reliable.Pros:** Comfortably fits the waist and attaches securely with velcro flaps** Convenient shape can also be used for other body parts (legs, arms, etc.)** Velcro straps work well** Includes both AC and USB power optionsCons:** Not the cheapest wrap you'll find

Takes the Aches and Pains away!!!
I really like this product. Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!
