Firstly, these appear to be single use items..... Secondly, my packing has it noted that they expired in 2022!!I mean, come one....

So the description states this is a:-Nasal medical nasal travel filters. Breathable nose plugs for when your traveling, cycling in traffic or in situations where there are other pollutants can be easily inhaled, M.Thanks to these I was able to visit my aunty. Because I'm allergic to her dog I've never been able to be in the same house as them. I don't even have to touch the dog, it's the fact it's airborne,So these were put to the test.I wear glasses anyways so I guess my eye were protected, and had to wear a mask due to covid restrictions, but I was able to be in the same room and had no problems.Also when out food shopping I tend to pull my mask down to breath through my nose because of my asthma and having this in and able to breath feel it's given me that added bit of protection.Another example has been my mother's flowers there is a certain lily that makes me sneeze, and I was in the se room as them and had no itch nose or sneezing. So I guess these actually do what they say they supose too.Only down side is I think I should have measured better because I could have got away with the small size, they do stretch my nose a bit. I don't think I could wear them for long periods of time. They do say you can wear up to 12hours and reuse them up to 5 times.So far so goodBut I will update this review if needed.*** Details:- * Size:- Medium ~ 18-22mm * Worn day or night ~ 12 hours max * Can use each filter up to 5 times.

I have used the nasal dilator without the filter before which opens up the nasal point resulting in more airflow. This indirectly minimises our nose's natural filter function and this is more evident in more polluted places like in traffic areas etc.However, this nasal dilator with a filter resolves this issue without affecting its impressive feature that significantly improves my breathing capacity. I get out of breath quicker than others and therefore this product has just done wonders for me. As soon as I installed it in my nose my breathing capacity was significantly increased and due to which I stopped getting out of breath.A great must have product for those who get out of breath and need a supporting hand.
