Waterproof and comfortable
I rarely write reviews because I usually forget to come back and comment on something I purchased before. I was in Canada hiking in ice and snow for 3 days. I stepped through thin ice about 5-6 times and had water above my ankle. Walked through 6-10 inches of snow for 3 miles. With the help in ski pants and these shoes, my feet stayed dry. I was very surprised at how well they stayed dry. Great product. Wish I had bought the tall top.

Great boots! Lightweight, but very tough. I walk 8-10 miles a day delivering mail, lately in very cold weather and snow. These are the most reliable, longest lasting boots I have found. I get 500-600 miles out of each pair.

Great Product
I absolutely love these Salomon shoesโthey're fantastic! They hug your feet just perfectly, like a cozy glove. The best part? You can slip them right on fresh out of the box and hit the trails. No break-in needed; just pure hiking bliss!

My Solomon boots
The only two things I donโt like about this boots is not made for lower degree temperatures, my feet freezing in the Michigan weather and the other thing is the laces too long maybe, otherwise no issues.

Great boots, very comfortable. The water proof version does get pretty toasty if itโs not cold out.

Donโt even last 2 months
Had these for less than 2 months before the rivet broke off that holds the lace at the top of the boot before clipping into the final grip to tighten the laces. I had another style of Salomon I got from REI on clearance that were much better quality but they wound up getting a bulge in the sole and I had to get rid of them. Thatโs why I got these. They are no where near the same quality. Disappointed.

Fantastic pair of hiking boots!
Lightweight, comfortable, fit very well, purchased 9.5 and I am usually a 9.5 so all is good. Would definitely recommend. L :-)ittle expensive for me, but I guess you get what you pay for!! :-)
