I actually use this for a gtube belly belt. It is perfect size for my little one (22 pounds). It still has plenty of grow room, keeps his gtube button secure while sleeping and hooked up on his feed, soft, does not leave marks on his belly from edges, and he loves the detachable dinosaur. I ordered 2 more with different animals. The added warming pad is great also when he has a belly ache.

I bought another one from a different site and wound up returning it because the warm pack was busted. I decided to get this one and I am definitely buying another one. It’s super cute and it comes with two warming/ cooling packs. My granddaughter loves the warmth and helps her sleep. Definitely a must have for those crying babies with colic.

This is super cute and has worked well to relieve our baby when he has a gassy belly. My only suggestion is putting it in the microwave for less time so it doesn't get too hot for the baby and then you have to wait for it to cool off.
