AFI Deerfield Full Size Murphy Bed Chest with 6" Mattress, Storage Drawer, & Built-in Charger in Grey

I purchased this to use in a spare bedroom that I also used for an office. After reading other reviews I was happily surprised of how nice this chest is. The shipping was professional and actually arrived 4 days early. It was delivered on a pallet in 3 boxes with no damage to the boxes or product inside. Son-in-law put it together with only minimal assistance in 2 hours, only a few very minor blemishes were found. He did have to drill out a couple of holes though. He was going to anchor it to wall but we didn't feel it needed it and we don't have small children. My niece laid on the mattress and said it was fine but could use additional padding so I will purchase an overlay. It was easy to open and pull out the masters as well as restore it. The bottom drawer is not connected to the cabinet but slides in on wheel similar to under bed storage. It isn't as easy to pull out as I would like but it is on carpet. The drawer easily holds 2 bed pillows. Overall, I would repurchase this item.

This item looks very nice and compliments my space as a bed/ decorative post at first glance. However, when looking closer, it was delivered with cracks in all of the hinges where the person is supposed to lay on. Im scared it may fall apart in the middle of my guest's sleep.. Seems like getting their customer service reps is a nightmare. So I'm still working on how to replace these parts. Good luck...

Once my son moved out we turned his room into an office. However we wanted to have a bed in the room for any overnight visitors. This is not only a solid piece of furniture but a comfy bed even for my elderly mother. So glad to have this. We did pay for professional assembly.

Items arrived in boxes that were intact. Upon unwrapping multiple pieces were broken, and there’s no way for me to get the parts. The manufacturer told me to contact Amazon for the parts. However, Amazon doesn’t carry parts. It’s a piece of garbage. It’s being returned.

Great option for occasional overflow guests, without taking up lots of space. Like the storage space as well for the sheets and blankets.

When we got this bed, it was scratched and damaged. When I contacted the seller, they sent me replacement within a few days. I was impressed how easy it was to get the replacement. We use this for guests and it has worked very well.

Dislike the screws for top piece only one would catch. Bed is ok

This thing is exactly as described. It feels sturdy and doesn’t look like it cheaped out on materials making this thing. The one huge downside of this is that it did come damaged. Thankfully it wasn’t bad enough to where it can compromise the structure or the building of the bed. I just wish this thing was in great condition considering the price I paid. Over all I give this 8/10.
