My Oncologist recommended that I get on an excellent probiotic after my radical hysterectomy due to cervical and uterine cancer, because I was having so much difficulty with my stomach - emptying either like a fire hydrant or a stubborn playdough toy. (TMI unless you are having these issues, then it is TYSM) After much research, Physican’s Choice was highly recommended and was MY choice. I bought the bottle of 60, and was like, “Come on! Change my Life!” I was giving this product the full 60 days to change what I had been suffering for months. There is no taste as far as I am concerned. I have noticed a change in how my stomach bloating has gone way down. You only have to take one tablet a day. I keep it right next to where I plate my food, for ease of use and remembering to take it. Physicians’s Choice may not be the least expensive, but my research stated that it was the best! I believe it. So, I believe I am getting the value for my money! For the amount of time I have been taking this daily, I have already noticed a difference in how things are in my gut and beyond. (Trying to be delicate here.) I see my oncologist again late next month and will be pleased to tell him I am on the mend thanks to his suggestion and Physician’s Choice 60 Billion Probiotic!

I took this back in 2022 before I started my fertility journey and had to stop all additional supplements. I finally had my baby in February of this year and everything with my body was just out of sorts. Digestion was terrible and I just couldn’t get back into the swing of things. I remembered I used to take this probiotic and decided to start it up again at 4 months postpartum. A couple of weeks in and everything is already back on track. The ingredients in these pills are so good, with little to no side effects. There is no taste/aftertaste either. I have it set up as a subscription so it will be delivered without me having to remember to reorder. You are definitely getting value for the cost you pay and I recommend to anyone, especially women freshly postpartum and need a little pick-me-up to balance things out.

I’ve been using this product consistently for more than 8 years. The way that I know it works for me is that I’ve gone periods without using it, anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months, for various reasons, even trying other-more affordable products, and while not using Physician’s CHOICE Probiotics I have noticed issues of gut irritability, poor digestion, poor gut motility and irregularity. Within a week or two of returning to using Physician’s CHOICE Probiotics those issues resolve and I feel better. If you’re new to using probiotics use a reputable product like Physician’s CHOICE. My primary care physician recommended this brand to me because it’s what she uses and trusts. It’s proven helpful to me because it’s given me meaningful results. Here are some helpful pointers that are critical for everyone: You must give any product like this plenty of time to work in your gut. A gut condition may seem to form quickly sometimes but has likely been developing for a long time. This means it won’t heal and correct quickly. A probiotic doesn’t work quickly in severe cases and takes time to correct some conditions. Be patient. Sometimes a recommended dosage on the bottle is insufficient but consult your physician to determine what dosage is correct for you. You cannot eat junk food, processed foods, or have a poor unhealthy diet that harms your gut and expect any probiotic/prebiotic product to help you in a meaningful way. If you’re going to try this out, or any probiotic, be serious about using it as part of a gut healthy diet first. Good nutrition is necessary to make this are any similar product work. If you follow my recommendations you will likely have good results from this product, as well as potential improvements of better nutritional absorption, better medication absorption, better hydration, better glucose control, better mental health, better energy. I say this because all of those things begin in the gut and improve in a healthy gut! I’ve experienced all of these results since improving my gut health and I believe that adding Physician’s CHOICE Probiotics to my hybrid gluten free metabolic reset anchor meals and Mediterranean diet has made a key difference! So I trust this product.

The first 5 days of taking this were the worst 5days of my life. I was in so much pain and bloating, but I stuck through it because I believed that the good bacteria was fighting the bad in my gut and would eventually win. This is a powerful probiotic and I am happy to say that now on my second week I have normal bowel movements after suffering from irregularity for over a year. It works, just be patient!
